Delivery

All products will be dispatched within 3-5 working days from receipt of your order, providing your order has been received by 12:00 noon GMT unless the lead time is stipulated on the product page or on quote.

Return of faulty goods:

If there is a fault with your product you may return the product within 28 days.

Please allow a variation of not more than 3% in width or length of products as all our products are handmade.
